Belinda Chang (former Beverage Director and lauded James Beard award-winner) told Wine Enthusiast that Maple & Ash’s “M.O. is to have everyone feel like they’re celebrating. We’re always thinking of new fun things to do, like having Danny shave truffles into your mouth. We call it Truffle Rain.” We call that heaven on earth.
Maple & Ash is home to 700 different bottles of wine, and has been listed by Wine Enthusiast as one of “America’s 100 Best Wine Restaurants” and the highly regarded Wine Spectator magazine said of their wine program, “one of the most outstanding in the world.”
But for all this talk of wine appreciation, the food is also a showstopper. When it comes to presentation, every dish is a headliner; caviar, fire-roasted seafood towers, and the 40 oz Eisenhower steak take center stage. With bone marrow stuffing advertised on the menu as ‘arm candy’, it’s safe to say that this is no ordinary night out.

THE ATMOSPHERE AT MAPLE & ASH
The vibe inside is lush and moody. Textures abound, the eye spies velvet and patterns weaved throughout this 13,000 square foot space. Their windows are discreetly sheathed with the Maple and Ash logo. Jewel tone furnishings and flickering candlesticks on each table soften the otherwise masculine gray and black color palette. Once seated, your culinary adventure kicks off with complimentary gin martinis.
Three separate levels offer three different experiences; the lower-level bar, the second-floor lounge, and the third-floor dining room.
The dress code requests that you “please come as your elegant selves”. If it’s ‘see and be seen’ you’re after, the buck stops here. A steakhouse for the contemporary, glitzy set, your senses are sure to be heightened from start to finish.
